S tep 1. Heat the oven to 400°F. Unfold the pastry sheets on
a lightly floured surface. Spread

tablespoons cheese on each
pastry sheet. Top each with 4 slices prosciutto. Cut each into
15 strips crosswise, making 30 in all.
S tep 2. Tightly wrap 1 pastry strip around each asparagus
spear, prosciutto-side in. Place the pastries seam-side down
onto 2 baking sheets.
Step 3. Bake for 15 minutes or until the pastries are golden brown.

S tep 1. Prepare the pastry shells according to the package directions.
S tep 2. Beat the cream and confectioners’ sugar in a large bowl
with an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Fold in the
creme fraiche.
S tep 3. Spoon 2 tablespoons whipped cream mixture into each
pastry shell. Top each with 1 tablespoon berries. Repeat the layers.
Top each with 1 tablespoon whipped cream mixture and berries.
Sprinkle with additional confectioners’ sugar, if desired.
